This policy explains how Syntaai Technologies Private Limited, WeWork Embassy TechVillage, Block L, Devarabisanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India(“Syntaai”), collects and uses personal data for Syntaai Labs.

What we collect

• Waitlist and account details: name, email, role, company (optional), LinkedIn profile (optional), areas of interest.
• Sign-in: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
• Your agents: the names you give them and the tools you pick, and the connection between your agent and Claude.
• Live access requests: the purpose and details you give us.
• Usage data: which tools your agents call, when, and on which data source, for limits, security and audit.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store card details.

How we use it

• To run the Service, review live access requests and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure and enforce plan limits.
• To email you about Syntaai Labs and related Syntaai products, where you agreed to this. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, database and payments), or where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and audit purposes, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@syntaai.com.

Practice data

Please do not enter real personal or business data into the Service. Practice data is fictional.
