Terms of use

Syntaai Labs (the “Service”) is provided by Syntaai Technologies Private Limited, WeWork Embassy TechVillage, Block L, Devarabisanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India (“Syntaai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service lets you build personal AI agents (MCP servers) that connect to SAP practice data, and, for approved users, to an SAP S/4HANA practice system that we operate.

2. Training and testing only

• The Service is for learning, testing, trials and proof-of-concept work only.
• You must not connect production systems, load real business data or personal data, or use the Service to develop commercial AI products.
• Practice data is fictional and may be reset at any time.

3. Accounts and live access

• You must give accurate information and keep your login and agent addresses private.
• Live S/4HANA access is granted at our discretion after review, and is read-only unless stated otherwise.
• We may suspend or remove access that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass limits or safety controls, access data or systems you are not permitted to use, overload the Service, or share your access with others.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Third-party products

The Service works with Claude, a third-party AI tool which has its own terms.

7. No warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” for training purposes. AI answers may be wrong and must not be relied on for business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
